Private Fundraising Options

Sunday - Friday

• Choose private time available. History shows 5-7pm/6-8pm as the best times for school events.

• Your organization receives $5.00 back per paid skate admission with your group.

  • Minimum of 75 skaters to qualify for cash back.

  • Non skating adults with their children will have a $5 spectator fee that includes a drink. Your organization will receive $2 cash back for every spectator with your group. Spectators do not count toward minimum skaters.

• Private Event Pricing:

  • $20.00 ALL ACCESS per person - Skating, Game Card, and Snack

  • $15.00 PLAY PASS per person - Skating and Game Card/Playground (Bellmead Only)

  • $10.00 SKATE PASS per person - Skating

Late Night Friday and Saturday

• Choose private time available; Friday 10:30pm - 12:30am or Saturday 9pm - 11pm.

• Your organization receives $7.00 back per paid admission with your group.

  • These time slots are great for 18+ events.

  • Minimum of 75 skaters to qualify for cash back.

  • Non skating adults with their children will have a $5 spectator fee that includes a drink. Your organization will receive $2 cash back for every spectator with your group. Spectators do not count toward minimum skaters.

  • BYOB Option Available for an additional fee.

  • $25.00 ALL ACCESS per person - Skating, Game Card, and Snack

  • $20.00 PLAY PASS per person - Skating and Game Card/Playground (Bellmead Only)

  • $15.00 SKATE PASS per person - Skating

Public Fundraising Option

• Choose any public skate session during the week. See schedule for complete options and pricing.

• Each of your guests will pay the regular admission and skate rental fee.

• Your organization receives up to $5.00 back per paid admission weekend Friday -Sunday Skating with your group.

  • $5.00 Rebate for 75+ Guests

  • $4.00 Rebate 41 - 74 Guests

  • $3.00 Rebate 1 - 40 Guests

• Your organization receives up to $3.00 back per paid admission weekday Tuesday/Thursday Family Night Skating with your group.

  • $3.00 Rebate for 75+ Guests

  • $2.00 Rebate 41 - 74 Guests

  • $1.00 Rebate 1 - 40 Guests

  • Guests must show Flyer (digital or physical) or mention group at ticket window

  • No marketing on skating rink property allowed day of event.

skate truck mobile Option

• We bring “Sally” The Skate Truck to your location. With 150 skates of various sizes we can accommodate 50-75 skaters at one time based on shoe size.

• Can do multiple skate sessions during your event to accommodate larger numbers.

• A smooth surface is all that is needed; gym, cafeteria, parking lot, running track.

Benefits:

• Very little advance organization required.

• Marketing Materials provided by Skate Waco.

• Social Media Marketing provided by Skate Waco.

• No ordering, collecting or delivery required.

• Skating mascot appearance available to help you promote. (As schedule allows)

• Base price includes admission and skate rental for up to 300 people.

• Skating is great exercise and is an approved activity on the President's Council List. (letsmove.gov)

• Family friendly - Fun, safe and entertaining environment.

• Family-approved music.

• Snack bar open for purchases.

Restrictions:

• Must book a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of event and demonstrate valid promotional efforts.

• Tax exempt letter to be supplied upon request.

• Minimum numbers apply.

• No outside food or drinks allowed.

• Check and final report sent to organization within 10 business days.

• Organization must advise in advance if pre-selling tickets.
